Ambiance Salon & Day Spa

I've gone a few times for waxing services & every time, I have to remind her of my preferences. This is something that I shouldn't have to do. While this is not a huge deal, it can be a bother. I feel like they don't really care to understand the customer. Also, if you should go for a waxing, please make sure they got "everything". I came home & discovered she missed a spot. When I called, within 2 hours after my appointment, I was told that she was booked & that the only time they had available would be the next day at a time that wasn't convenient for me. I felt like they didn't care that I'd just spent about $100 for services there. I haven't been back since that incident, honestly.

If you are looking for a clean pedicure tub and a good thorough manicure and pedicure without the "froo-froo" price-tag this is the place. Some of the staff is not all that friendly but most of them are nice and helpful and seem to be glad you are there!

I recently went to Ambiance and had a full body wrap. It was suppose to remove inches but it was a gimmick. The technician that originally measured me did so loosely and then did a nice squeeze for the results in the end. I was told my measurements and that I had lost 6 inches. LOL! I had lost nothing. Upon getting home I was re-measured and had actually gained an inch from when I headed in. Not to mention that the 2-12 inches that they tell you that you will lose is calculated as total (from all body parts added together). On average you lose 1/4 inch from each area of your body. And the stories must come together. I was told by my technician that the results were temporary, where as the manager stated that they were permanent. Give me a break. All they do is SLATHER some smelly goop on you and loosely wrap you in SERAN WRAP! I could have done that at home if I knew that was the case.

PLEASE FIND ANOTHER OUTLET FOR YOUR MONEY!

Ambiance is a great place to get your hair cut or to come in and get a wax. There staff is well trained and very nice. I couldnt think of a better place to go.

I have used Ambiance Salon and Day Spa for a spa day and to have my eyebrows waxed. The spa day was fantastic! It was an all over spa treatment plus more...

When I decide on a whim that I need to get in.. they make it happen.

The manicure was the best I have ever had. The staff is awesome, facility warm and welcoming. Everything you could want and really good prices.

I haven't had a massage yet but am looking forward to it.

The rest of the spa seemed noisy and too overrun with clients. They need a bigger hair salon space and more division.

The people in this place are super nice and can give you exactly what you want. The prices are decent, not too expensive but not cheap. They do everything, head to toe and do it well!
