Had same experience re billing. Got collection notice MONTHS after treatment ended, despite no bills in interim, and was floored to learn of a small outstanding balance despite regular co-pays and payment in full for orthotics (not covered by insurance) at time of pick-up.
Also got no call that orthotics had arrived - despite calling regularly myself and being told they WEREN'T there. Learned six weeks later that they HAD in fact arrived. ?? Also had hard time seeing doctor - for four family members on separate occasions! - on subsequent visits -always urged to see PA instead. Got misdiagnosis from PA - over-rotated hip, and physical therapy for same, when later visit (for unresolved and INCREASED pain) to pain specialist in area revealed 10-12 year old ruptured disc on MRI! Place feels a bit like a p.t. mill - staff nice enough, but not so sure about the individualized attention - a bit of a meat market.

Dr Glasson did a terrific job dealing with my 4 year olds broken arm. She went above and beyond to fix my son.

Dr Glasoon was great to my little boy, breaking a bone at any age can be scary and for a 4 year old even worse. She was kind and attentive to him.

My son has been a patient for the past 6 Plus years. Through a variety of injuries, Dr. Glasson and her staff have taken great care of my son. If I ever need an ortho doc, this is where I am going!

this is the place to go if you are injured. Doc is amazing and so understanding. she has a great bedside manner and will talk with you in a way you undersatnd. if you have to wait a while to be seen that day its just becasue she cares so much about her patients she wants to give the best service she can to them. but what is great is that she has a PT section with her practice across the hall and that place is just as great with a great staff who wants to see you back in action from your injury

Dr. Glasson is one of the ABSOLUTE BEST sports medicne doctors in the area! I have had my knees check by her and have never been disappointed by her. She has a WONDERFUL bedside manner and explains things in easy to understand language. Additionlly Dr Glasson has a PT studio attached to her practice that is operated by her Head PT Sandie. Sandie has a great personality and explains all of the PT before you start, tracks yoru progress and helps you achieve your goals.
