Great for the kids and husband
Good sservice although you may wait 15 or so minutes. Kids cuts and militasry style haircuts looked great. For the women I would not recomment it. they just do not take the time with you. I like to be pampered when I go. Price is really reasonable and If yo get 9 cuts you get the 10th one free.

I have always gotten good haircuts from this place, and the wait is usually short. However, my wife has had a bad experiance.

Good Cut
We have been taking our kids for years and honestly they have only done one cut that was horrible, so for the price it was a great place to go.

not good listeners
I went to get a cut from long to short and the person who cut my hair did not listen. We looked through a book and I gave her lots of description of what I wanted. She just didn't get it. I asked for layers in the back and straight in the front and I got layers in the front and straight in the back.

I went to Supercuts to get a trim, and ended up with a horrendous haircut. The stylist spent no longer that 30 seconds on the consultation before cutting off 4 inches of my very hard to grow hair. I told her I wanted a tiny bit cut off, and even showed her with my fingers. When I saw my hair fall, I should have walked out then. I look like a boy. I dread going back to work Monday and the comments. my students will make. A never again experience.

Don't waste your money!
My family has just moved to the area and we went to this super cuts to get my son's hair cut. It was not a very good hair cut, but I thought it was probably just that one hairstylist, that did not know how to cut hair. I went back to that salon, this time to get my hair high lighted. First they told me that it was going to cost $115.00 for the service, then they told me that it could cost me another $45.00 to correct any problems that they might have. I have been gettting my hair high lighted for the past 20 years and I have never had one problem when getting my hair high lighted at a salon. I ended up, getting out of the chair and leaving before they got started. I felt the stylist that was going to do my hair had so little confidence that she would be able to high light my hair right. There was no way I could trust her to work on my hair. Last week I took my son there to get his hair cut for the LAST time! I know you wonder why I would go there 3 times if I weren't happy, and it is only because it is so close to where I live, it is the most convenient place to go.

My husband has pretty satisfied with their service, but I have seen him with better haircuts. I would only go here for a trim, not an life changing hairdo! I just don't feel confident in their skills.
