The Purple Cow Restaurant

WOuld like to have seen cleaner bathrooms but the food is good. Good shakes and the value for the kids is comparable.

The kids think it is fun to go there. We only get ice cream because I think the restaurant is kind of dirty. We can see them serving ice cream so I'm okay with that. If the bathrooms are dirty, which they are then you wonder about the kitchen!

The shakes are thick and good and the little kids love it. A favorite place for the grandkids to go when they visit.

the milkshakes are good..but the food is not good at all. and the staff is really slow with everything.

Though a little pricey the milk shakes were unbelievable. Any hot day if you need a good classic shake stop by.

The Purple Cow has a 1950's air but not a lot more for the money. The soda fountain items are good but a bit dear. I did not eat there.

Cool place to go for a great-tasting inexpensive meal and/or dessert. Staff is always nice and the new greenbrier location is just as good.

We went here for lunch one time. We ordered a Chicken sandwich with fries. The waitress went to place the order and didn't come back for 15 minutes. When she finally came back, she told us that they were out of chicken. It took 15 minutes to figure this out?? We changed our order to a burger that was over cooked and cold fries. We were here for over an hour and maybe spent 10 minutes eating, the rest was waiting for the poor service. Never again

I love taking my Grandbabies here! They love the puple milkshakes and I love the Blue Cheeseburger! We always have a great time when we visit The Purple Cow!

They have wonderful chocolate milkshakes, but the food leaves much to be desired. I have tried it a few times and hav always been disappointed with the food.
